Welcome to Week 5 of the #sixweekstilsummerchallenge! We’re just one week and four workouts away from completing the challenge. What’s been your favorite workout move from the challenge? My personal favorites are the inchworm with push-up and squat with side leg lift. I was kinda hoping the challenge would make me hate a few moves less…but NOPE. Lunge jumps and plank push-ups will forever be the death of me. Without further ado, here are the Week 5 workouts and playlists!
Disclaimer: All workouts should begin with no less than a 5 minute warm-up that elevates the body’s temperature and prepares you for exercise. If at any time you need a break, please take it, and if you are not comfortable with a move or do not think you are performing it correctly, please skip or replace with jumping jacks. I have tested these workouts and they work well for me, but they make not be suitable for all participants. I am a certified ACE group fitness instructor, but because I am not monitoring each individual’s workout session, the participant is participating at their own risk.
